Where have you started or where would you start your business in China? Do you have experience on other cities than Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu that were mentioned already in the article?

In Business Globalizer we are considering opening our business service centre at Guiyang city, capital of Guizhou province. Guizhou has been historically poorest province of China. We hope to create new opportunities there for businesses and also same time take advantage of lower salaries and less competition on skilled labour.

Of course in city like Guiyang there is very few foreign business people, so you can feel isolated if I do not speak Chinese.

Is Shanghai the city with most english speakers in China?

Guess you should target an English domiciled area of China so you can get skilled labour and subsequently expand to other areas.
